Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps, and product managers.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment environments.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Solid expertise in Java 8/11/17.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.




- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ messaging systems.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in performance tuning and monitoring tools.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
