Key Responsibilities:

The candidate should have practical experience and knowledge in the following areas:

- Windows 10 &
- Windows 11 –

Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, updates, and user support.
- Desktop &
- Laptop Support – Hardware and software troubleshooting, system performance issues, and user assistance.
- LAN &
- Wi-Fi Networking – Basic network troubleshooting, IP configuration, connectivity issues, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Network Devices &
- Firewall – Basic configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and Fortinet Firewall.
- Microsoft 365 &
- Outlook – Microsoft 365 installation, configuration, user account support, Outlook setup, email troubleshooting, and basic administration.
- Printer &
- Scanner Support – Installation, configuration, network printer setup, scanning issues, and troubleshooting.
- CCTV &
- NVR Support – Basic troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVRs, network connectivity, and recording-related issues.
- Cloud Server, RDP &
- Active Directory – Basic Cloud Server administration, RDP troubleshooting, user access management,



Active Directory user/group administration, and basic server troubleshooting.
- Hardware &
- Software Installation – Installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, operating systems, and applications.
- IT Asset Management – Maintaining IT asset records, hardware inventory, asset allocation, tracking, and IT equipment maintenance.
- Vendor Coordination – Coordinating with IT vendors/service providers for hardware, software, networking, CCTV, internet, cloud server, and other IT-related support requirements.

- Experience: 2–3 years in IT Support / Desktop &
- Network Support

- Budget: Maximum ₹30,000 per month (all-inclusive)
