Position: IT Support Executive

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

Work Mode: Work From Office

Interview Mode: Walk-in

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

- Education: Graduation Mandatory

Preferred: Technical / Computer Science Graduates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support through calls, chat & email

Troubleshoot basic computer, software, browser & internet issues

Assist users with video files, uploads, downloads & digital evidence Provide remote technical assistance * Document issues & troubleshooting steps

Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team

Freshers are welcome! Prior IT Support experience is NOT mandatory.

Requirements

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint knowledge

✅ Good communication & problem-solving skills

✅ English & Hindi mandatory

✅ Basic knowledge of internet, email, file management & troubleshooting

✅ Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

SALARY Day Shift: Up to ₹16,000 In-Hand

Night Shift: Up to ₹18,000 In-Hand

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Working Days: 6 Days Working

- Week Off: Rotational
