We are looking for a hands-on IT Staff / Software Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our non-teaching technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications, database queries, and deployment pipelines to support our organizational IT infrastructure.

- Application Development: Write clean, testable, and efficient Java code using Spring MVC and Hibernate frameworks.
- Frontend & UI Maintenance: Enhance user interfaces using JavaScript, AJAX, and related Web technologies for smooth client-side interactions.
- Database Management: Design, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure high data integrity and efficient database performance.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Utilize Git for code version management and Jenkins to assist with automated builds and deployment pipelines.
- Debugging & Maintenance: Perform end-to-end debugging, root-cause analysis, and system optimization to resolve technical bugs quickly.
- System Support: Assist non-technical teams with IT troubleshooting, software maintenance, and system user permissions.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification:



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or a related technical field.
- Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Java web application development.

- Core Technical Skills:

- Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate.
- Web & Frontend: JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/CSS.
- Database & Version Control: SQL, Git repository management.
- DevOps & Tools: Jenkins (CI/CD basics), Debugging tools, and IDEs (Eclipse/IntelliJ).
