Experience Required: 6 months to 5 years in IT & Non-IT Recruitment

We are looking for dynamic and motivated recruiters to join our team at Arminus Software. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-up with candidates, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Maintain records of all recruitment activities and generate regular reports.

Preferred Qualifications:





- Prior experience in handling hiring requirements for Big 4 companies (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) for their Government-based roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
