Position Overview

The IT Professional – Team Lead (Senior Level) will be responsible for leading software development projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring timely delivery of enterprise applications and IT solutions. The role requires robust technical expertise, project management capability, leadership skills, and coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and client teams to ensure successful execution of IT initiatives.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in software architecture, application development, database management, SDLC governance, production support, and enterprise application maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage software development, implementation, migration, and support projects.
- Supervise and mentor technical teams involved in application development, database management, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies, coding standards, audit requirements, security policies, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
- Review application architecture, database structures, API integrations, and system performance for scalability and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership in emerging technologies, databases, troubleshooting, and enterprise application support.
- Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, architecture documents, status reports, and compliance reports.
- Ensure implementation of cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, data protection, backup, and compliance mechanisms.
- Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, deployment planning,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and infrastructure teams for project execution and compliance activities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under timelines and operational pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and security best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Engineering Degree i.e. B.E. / B.Tech. in IT or Computer Science / MCA from a recognized University or Institution with experience in IT related jobs
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Team Lead / Project Manager in software development or enterprise IT projects.
- Experience in handling enterprise-level application development and support projects will be preferred.
- Experience in Government / PSU / large-scale IT projects will be an added advantage.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is preferable.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of API integration, microservices, and web application architecture.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, deployment pipelines, and server administration concepts.
- Experience in audit compliance, vulnerability remediation, and production support activities.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, backup/recovery planning, and database migration activities will be preferred.
