Job Title: IT Operations Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations on the floor. You will lead a team and ensure IT equipment like laptops, keyboards, and accessories are available, moved safely, and tracked correctly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide a team of service executives on daily activities.

- Plan shifts, assign work, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

- Handle first-level team issues and grievances and escalate when required.

- Ensure IT vending machines are refilled daily without stock shortages.

- Supervise protected movement of IT equipment between floors using service lifts.

- Ensure all equipment movements have proper gate passes and invoices.

- Maintain the IT storeroom in a clean, organized, and well-tagged condition.





- Oversee unpacking of new stock and segregation of e-waste.

- Share daily updates with management on completed and pending work.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, facility operations, or IT coordination.

- Experience managing on-ground teams and daily operations.

- Hands-on experience in rostering, shift planning, and manpower allocation.

- Ability to handle people issues, basic grievances, and attendance management.

- Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, tracking tools).

- Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends during peak periods.

- Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and discipline.
