About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations skilled for our C-130J MRO program in Bengaluru. The role will be responsible for managing IT operations, infrastructure,



cybersecurity compliance and business application support to ensure reliable and secure IT services for the MRO facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.
- Manage LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, servers, storage, backup and virtualization infrastructure.
- Drive incident, problem and change management and ensure SLA compliance.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, Defence Security Requirements, cybersecurity controls and Corporate IT policies.
- Coordinate support for SAP S/4HANA and other business-critical applications.
- Manage IT assets, OEMs, vendors and managed service providers.
- Support IT governance, audits, disaster recovery, risk management and compliance.
- Lead IT support resources and drive user awareness and training.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 10+ years

Qualification: MCA or Engineering in Computer Science

Preferred Certifications: ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure/M365, VMware VCP

Preferred Experience: IT Operations / Infrastructure experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defence or plant environments.
