Role OverviewA premier, Mumbai-based asset management firm managing approximately $3B AUM across AIF, PMS, and GIFT structures is seeking a sharp, highly technical IT Infrastructure & Governance Manager - Exp: 8–15 Years. Operating within a contemporary, cloud-first, and SaaS-centric ecosystem, this individual will take full ownership of our infrastructure architecture, security governance, and regulatory technology posture.

This role directly reports to executive leadership and stands as a peer to our existing IT Operations Manager. Rather than purely managing high-level strategies, you will define "what good looks like" across the environment, possessing the technical depth required to review configurations, troubleshoot integrations, and audit the entire stack on substance.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Strategy: Own the infrastructure design across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Zoho workspace, and the firm’s broader SaaS applications.
- Compliance & RegTech: Translate Indian regulatory guidelines (DPDP Act readiness, SEBI cybersecurity and outsourcing rules, data residency, and records management) into concrete, verifiable technical controls.
- Access & Identity Governance: Architect and review identity management workflows, including Conditional Access policies, Intune configurations, Microsoft Graph integrations, and OAuth flows for enterprise applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead high-impact infrastructure initiatives such as Azure Virtual Desktop migrations, records management frameworks,



and enterprise AI/LLM platform onboarding.
- Vendor Accountability: Manage strategic enterprise relationships with Microsoft, Zoho, cloud solution providers, and security vendors—holding them strictly accountable for design quality and commercial terms.

Critical Competencies

- Experience: 8–15 years in infrastructure, cloud, or IT engineering roles, with a minimum of 3 years operating in a senior architect, lead, or management capacity.
- Microsoft Cloud Stack Ecosystem: Deep, hands-on experience across Azure (compute, networking, IAM, Key Vault, Azure Virtual Desktop) and M365/Entra ID (Conditional Access, Intune, Defender, Purview, Graph API).
- Technical Autonomy: An active engineering mindset with the ability to look at low-level configurations, read/write PowerShell or Python where required, and prototype integrations independently.
- Regulatory Fluency: Direct experience navigating IT audits and a robust working knowledge of the SEBI Cybersecurity Framework (CSCRF) and the DPDP Act.
- Location: Based in Mumbai or entirely comfortable commuting to our office daily.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience within financial services, especially asset management, AMC, or wealth management environments.
- Familiarity with Zoho administration (CRM, WorkDrive, People) and Deluge scripting.
- Relevant professional certifications such as AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect), SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect), or MS-102 (M365 Administrator).
