We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Infra Support professional to join our team in Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server and network management, hardware and software support, and troubleshooting in a dynamic IT environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and managing IT assets and incidents.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support for servers, networks, and end-user hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain server and networking equipment.
- Manage Citrix environments, including troubleshooting and support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
- Perform routine asset management, including tracking and maintaining IT inventory.
- Handle incident management by logging, prioritizing, and resolving technical incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability and security.




- Document support activities, maintain knowledge base articles, and provide user training as needed.
- Participate in IT infrastructure improvement projects as assigned.

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years, maximum 8 years of relevant IT infrastructure support experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in server administration and networking.
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix environments.
- Experience with asset and incident management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, Citrix) are a plus.
