IT Audit Manager

IT Audit Manager to lead and execute technology-focused audits across our organization (Indorama Ventures and Indovinya's IT environment). The ideal candidate will hold CISA and CIA certifications, possess strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, and demonstrate the ability to provide strategic insights on risk management and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning & Execution

- Develop and implement the annual IT audit plan aligned with organizational risk priorities.
- Conduct audits of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls.
- Perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

Internal Controls & Compliance

- Evaluate IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and automated processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Support SOX IT controls testing and remediation activities.

Reporting & Communication

- Prepare explicit, concise audit reports and present findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.

Advisory & Continuous Improvement

- Provide guidance on IT governance,



cybersecurity frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Drive automation and data analytics initiatives within the audit function.

- EHS responsibilities:
- - - To follow site EHS procedure and best practices
- Read and understand relevant procedure and perform the work safely.
- Support site EHS in safety campaign and safety observations to prevent injuries.
- Follow the site PSM procedure and implement the PSM culture.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

- Strong understanding of:
- ITGC and application controls
- Cybersecurity and data protection regulations
- Risk management frameworks (COBIT, COSO)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in audit tools and data analytics platforms.

Required Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of IT audit experience, preferably in a multinational or regulated workplace.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Mandatory: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA or equivalent (desirable).

Preferred: Additional certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
