We are seeking an experienced Java & Python Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing scalable applications using Java, Python, Django, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development expertise along with experience in cloud-based application development, technical leadership, and team management. The role involves driving end-to-end development, ensuring application quality and performance, managing technical delivery, and mentoring engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Python.
- Develop and maintain web applications and backend services using Python/Django.
- Design and implement REST APIs, integrations, and microservices.




- Develop and deploy applications using AWS cloud services.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and productive code.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead development activities and ensure timely delivery of technical projects.
- Manage, guide, and mentor a team of developers.
- Conduct task allocation, technical reviews, and support team development.
- Establish and maintain development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD, deployment, and release activities in AWS environments.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, and engineering practices.
