The Opportunity & Compensation Structure

This is an entrepreneurial role designed for a high-performing asset-gatherer who wants to break away from traditional salary caps and earn true upside on their results.

- Fixed Base: Up to ₹20 Lakhs per annum (dependent on experience).
- Variable Upside: Up to ₹80 Lakhs in structured, milestone-based commission fees driven by net new AUM brought into the fund.
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹1 Crore per annum.

Key Responsibilities

- AUM Growth: Drive domestic and global capital raising by identifying, pitching,



and onboarding new investors.
- Network Cultivation: Leverage and expand a robust network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-HNWIs, family offices, and wealth advisory platforms.
- Investor Relations: Confidently present the fund's investment philosophy, performance metrics, and portfolio strategy to sophisticated prospects.
- Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales cycle, from cold outreach and professional networking to final commitment signatures.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in capital raising, wealth management, private banking, or distribution of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) / PMS products.
- Track Record: A demonstrable, active network of HNWIs or investment decision-makers, specifically within Delhi NCR, pan-India, or offshore markets.
- Skills: Elite communication and negotiation skills. You must be able to articulate complex financial strategies clearly and build deep institutional trust.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in an output-driven environment where your income scales directly with your performance.
