We are expanding our Investor Relations team and hiring for two positions.

1. Associate - Investor Relations

Experience: 1–3 years

Qualification: MBA / Post-Graduate / CA-Inter / CS-Inter

Reports To: Head – Investor Relations

Role Summary We are looking for an energetic, confident and result-oriented professional to identify prospective investors, initiate conversations, explain investment opportunities, and generate qualified meetings for the Investor Relations Head.

Key Responsibilities

- Approach prospective leads and introduce Hyperion Capital and its investment opportunities
- Explain investment opportunities and financial concepts to prospective investors over phone calls
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective investors and partners
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for lead generation and prospect identification
- Maintain a structured database of prospects and track communication status
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations Head for scheduling meetings
- Achieve agreed daily, monthly and quarterly outreach targets

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-calling, lead generation, or financial services




- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to understand and explain financial and investment-related terminology
- Extroverted, confident, and target-driven

2. Manager - Investor Relations

Experience: 3–5 years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM

Preferred Background: AMCs / Wealth Management

Reports To: Head – Investor Relations

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations qualified with an established network across AMCs, wealth managers, channels and investors, to market Hyperion Capital's investment opportunities and build a strong investor and channel network. This is a relationship-driven, field-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with wealth managers, channel partners and investors
- Leverage existing professional relationships to generate business opportunities
- Identify and approach prospective investors and relevant market participants
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with channels, wealth managers and investors
- Lead discussions, negotiations and follow-ups through the investor acquisition cycle
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly fundraising targets

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Business Development, Wealth Management, or AMCs
- Existing connections with wealth managers, channels and/or investors
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills
