We’re a boutique M&A; advisory firm built for entrepreneurs and owner-operators who don’t follow the script - and we’re expanding.

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in deal execution, client service, and firm-building. Here, you won’t get lost in a hierarchy. You’ll work directly with Managing Directors and have a voice in every phase of the process - from origination through close.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct detailed industry, company, and financial analysis to support client engagements
- Build valuation models, including DCF, LBO, public comparables, and precedent transactions
- Prepare marketing materials such as CIMs, management presentations, and pitch decks
- Drive critical parts of the sale process including buyer list development, buyer outreach, and due diligence coordination
- Help manage client relationships and support direct communication with entrepreneurs, executives, and investors
- Contribute to the internal growth of Windridge Advisors through recruiting, training, and firm initiatives

Who You Are





- Minimum of 1-2 years of M&A; advisory, investment banking, or transaction services experience (sell-side focus strongly preferred)
- Sharp analytical thinker with strong financial modeling skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit — you thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments where creativity and initiative are valued
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with C-level executives confidently
- Team-oriented, with a commitment to building a positive, collaborative culture
- Bachelor's degree from a top university with strong academic performance
- (Bonus) Experience with S&P; Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Salesforce CRM, and virtual data room platforms
- (Bonus) FINRA Series 79 or 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
