About The Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Dispatch Executive to handle product packing, labelling, stock updates and shipping preparation.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly checked, packed, labelled, recorded and prepared for dispatch, along with maintaining accurate stock records and regular reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack products carefully and securely as per dispatch requirements.
- Check product names and quantities before packing.
- Apply and verify product labels, stickers and other required markings.
- Prepare packages for shipping and coordinate with the dispatch/courier team.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched products.
- Update stock records regularly after receiving, packing and dispatching products.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and match them with recorded inventory.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products or missing items.
- Maintain daily inward and outward stock records.
- Prepare daily/weekly packing, dispatch and inventory reports.
- Maintain proper records of returned, damaged or rejected products.
- Ensure all inventory-related documentation is complete and up to date.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



10th Pass.
- Age: 18 years or above.
- Basic ability to read and write English/Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to handle packing and other physical operational tasks.
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, inventory, dispatch, e-commerce or stock management will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
