: We are hiring an International Customer Support Executives for a reputed multinational company in Kolkata. The role involves handling voice-based interactions with international customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service while meeting performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every call
- Document customer interactions and update systems accurately
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks
- Work collaboratively with internal teams when required

Requirements

- Only Freshers can apply, experienced candidates are not eligible
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline




- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate joiners only
