Digitel Media is hiring International Associates to support US-based clients through inbound and outbound calls. This role involves lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls with US-based clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain the required quality standards for client interactions.
- Follow company procedures and communication guidelines.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
- Willingness to work a night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Comfortable working from the office in Ahmedabad.
- Customer service, telecalling, or international voice process experience is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible.
