Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Understand technical job requirements and market trends
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
