MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 2 years of experience in program management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* 5 years of skilled experience in software engineering, systems design,
corporate IT, technical program management, or business process engineering.
* Experience organizing review pipelines, managing technical project queues,
and facilitating cross-team technical alignment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to read complex integration
diagrams, map system dependencies, and systematically spot application
redundancies.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to collaborate seamlessly
with globally spread partners and influence distributed developer teams.
