This is an opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow testing professional to take a leading role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You’ll specialize in test automation using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), with a strong focus on the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module. The role combines hands-on automation with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across the ServiceNow platform. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into comprehensive testing strategies. You’ll also support platform upgrades and releases, helping ensure new functionality is delivered without compromising existing processes.

Accountabilities:
Develop, configure, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Test the ServiceNow GRC module, validating workflows, controls, configurations, integrations, and business processes.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across the ServiceNow platform.
Support testing activities associated with ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, patches, and new functionality.
Test key ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB processes.
Collaborate with business and project teams to understand requirements and develop test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases.
