Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for earthing and grounding solutions, including identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories.



Daily responsibilities include visiting customers, presenting technical product features and benefits, preparing and negotiating proposals, and coordinating with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. The role involves setting sales targets, tracking performance, providing regular reports to management, and participating in industry events or customer meetings as needed. The Sales Manager will also support marketing initiatives, gather market intelligence, and contribute feedback to improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with effective account management and client service skills.
