We are building our outbound sales engine and looking for a driven and disciplined Appointment Setter who can identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and book qualified sales meetings.
This is a 100% commission-based chance with uncapped earning potential.
? What You’ll Do
Identify and research relevant startup founders, business owners and decision-makers.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, directories, databases and other approved tools.
Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email,
calls and other channels.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
Understand the prospect’s business, product idea, current stage and requirements.
Qualify prospects based on relevance, authority, requirement, timing and potential budget.
Book qualified sales meetings for the Uxflexi sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
Ensure proper handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales Closer.
Test and improve outreach messages, follow-up sequences and prospecting methods.
