Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns & ICA for supplier issues2. Data analysis3. Daily monitoring of Assembly /User Plan complaints & effectivity of actions4. Reduction in assembly /User plant concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets5. Genearte Assembly User Plant Incomming concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management6. Carry out joint investigations in plant to arrive at root cause.7. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns 8. Speedy & time bound closure of critical assemby line concerns resulting in line & Quality Loss9. Implementing,



improving & maintaining DWM & Quality systems in department.10.Manages containment activities for smooth production run at respective plant11.Lead the preliminary level of investigation for line issue reported12.Quality status monitoring and feedback for speed and effectiveness of corrective action taken in subsequent supplies13.Decision and address / resolve non-conforming material stock available in plant warehouse14.Data entry in eSQA – initiation for concern bank history15.Component Audit for critical parts16.Supplier QRE managementExperience
