Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, goal-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client portfolio. In this hybrid role based in Durgapur, you will identify high-potential business opportunities, build outbound pipelines, and consult with prospective clients to match our web and branding services to their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research target markets and run multi-channel outreach (cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking,



referrals) to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, prepare custom business proposals, and pitch end-to-end web development and digital branding solutions.
Deal Closing & Negotiation: Lead discovery calls, present product/service demos, negotiate contract terms, and close commercial agreements.
Account Management: Maintain healthy relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure retention, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal design and development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities and delivery timelines.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain deal pipelines using CRM tools, track key conversion metrics, and present weekly sales updates and strategic market insights to leadership.
