Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations, effective employee engagement, timely recruitment, and compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR documentation. Experience working in the IT sector and familiarity with Zoho People will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely support to employees and management.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.




Conduct and coordinate the joining and onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, induction, and HR system updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records using HRMS/HR software.
Assist in managing employee relations and address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a professional manner.
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, activities, and internal communication programs.
Assist in the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate employee training and development programs based on organizational and employee requirements.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
