Role Description

The Channel Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to drive sales of HydroNest India’s water treatment products. Day-to-day activities include identifying new channel opportunities, negotiating agreements, executing sales plans,



and monitoring performance against targets. The role involves regular communication with partners, coordinating product training, addressing customer and partner inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales cycle. The Channel Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and provide market feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills, with experience in building and maintaining productive partner networks.
Strong Sales capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or distribution-driven environment.
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
