JD:
Key Responsibilities*
:Observability monitoring(Grafana, Pithos and splunk dashboard, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt
CI CD deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt
Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
Maintain high-quality, maintainable code through unit tests, component tests, and E2E tests.
Should able to debug and find RCA
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional groups (product, design, QA).
Ability to write clear, maintainable documentation and share knowledge with peers.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in rapid-paced environments.
