Role Overview
This role is about owning content end to end across the brand. You will work across websites, marketplaces,



CRM, performance marketing, campaigns, PR, customer communication, and offline marketing, ensuring that everything we write is clear, consistent, accurate, and aligned with the brand.
This is not just writing. It involves research, strategic thinking, content planning, structuring information, maintaining the brand voice, and making sure content actually helps the business and the customer.

What You Will Own

Content Strategy & Brand Voice
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with SkinBae’s short-term and long-term marketing and business goals
Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across website, marketplaces, CRM, campaigns, social media, PR, and other communication channels
Provide content and messaging inputs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
Identify content gaps and opportunities across customer touchpoints
Plan and manage content calendar
