We are looking for: ServiceNow Developer
You’ll Make An Impact By
Willing to follow AI first approach and utilize ServiceNow build Agent, Anthropic's Claude integration with ServiceNow for all developments
Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM modules and custom applications
Developing and supporting workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications.
Collaborating with Service Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Performing enhancements, bug fixes, and platform optimizations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
Supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases,
and testing activities.
Developing integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
Maintaining CMDB data integrity and supporting CSDM adoption initiatives.
Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with development standards and governance practices.
Troubleshooting platform issues and providing timely resolution to incidents and service requests.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge articles, and development artifacts.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.
Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
