? Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager who combines rigorous delivery governance with a robust understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and AI-driven transformation. You will be the operational backbone of complex Salesforce programs — owning project health, stakeholder communication, risk management, and meeting governance across the full delivery lifecycle. You will orchestrate Weekly Status Reviews, Steering Committee sessions, and executive reporting while maintaining a living suite of project controls documentation including RAID logs, risk matrices, decision registers, and project charters. Your Salesforce platform literacy ensures you can hold meaningful conversations with architects, developers, and business leaders alike — and leverage AI tools to make project management faster, smarter, and more transparent.





? Meeting Governance & Stakeholder Management
Own and facilitate Weekly Status Reviews (WSR) — preparing agenda, capturing minutes, tracking action items to closure, and distributing updates to all stakeholders within 24 hours.
Lead Steering Committee meetings — preparing executive-level briefing decks, presenting program health using RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status, and driving decisions on escalated risks and issues.
Chair Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and retrospective ceremonies in coordination with the Scrum Master, ensuring business stakeholders are engaged and aligned.
Facilitate Executive Briefings and Client QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with structured agendas, performance metrics, and forward-looking roadmaps.
Run cross-workstream dependency meetings, integration checkpoints, and go/no-go readiness reviews ahead of major milestones.
Maintain a stakeholder engagement plan mapping communication freq
