Job Description

Renesas is hiring a Sr. Staff Project/Program Design to join our market-leading AI and infrastructure power team, driving explosive growth across a portfolio of cutting-edge solutions for datacenter, Artificial Intelligence (AI), high-performance networking, and Edge AI client markets.

This team delivers industry-defining products including digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, high-density power modules, DC/DC regulators, and discrete MOSFETs.
