Qualification

- · Final-year B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Post Basic Nursing student or recently qualified nurse undergoing internship.
- · Valid Nursing Council registration if applicable

Role Purpose To support nursing care delivery under supervision by assisting in patient care activities, gaining hands-on clinical experience, and adhering to hospital policies, safety, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- · Assist registered nurses in providing basic patient care as per care plans.
- · Monitor and record vital signs, intake–output, and patient observations.
- · Support patient hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort measures.
- · Assist in medication preparation and administration under supervision.
- · Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
- · Follow infection control practices,



patient safety protocols, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- · Support ward procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- · Communicate patient needs and concerns to the supervising nurse.

Skills &Competencies

- · Positive communication skills.
- · Should be able to handle all kind of wound including the burns wound
- · Proper documentation of the procedures and the incident reporting to be done in regular intervals.
