Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job SummaryThe Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all interior fit-out activities at the project site. The role ensures work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, project schedules, and safety regulations while coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works, including civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture installation.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily work reports and update project progress.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage.




- Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely completion of rectification works before project handover.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
