Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site at our Gurugram location in a full-time capacity, overseeing interior projects from concept development to final execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, developing design concepts, preparing layouts and presentations, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E;, as well as reviewing construction drawings to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

The Interior





Designer will also participate in site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure that timelines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural and construction teams.
- Proficiency in reading and preparing Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on-site, cooperative workplace.
