About the RoleWe are looking for an Interior Designer with strong creative and technical skills to handle the complete design process from overall concept development and space planning to detailed working drawings and execution support.

This is a full-time remote position suited to someone who can independently manage design deliverables, communicate effectively, and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop overall interior design concepts based on client briefs, functional requirements, budgets, and project timelines.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
- Create 3D views or coordinate visualizations to communicate the proposed design.
- Translate approved concepts into accurate, detailed working drawings for execution.
- Prepare flooring layouts, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and custom joinery.
- Develop electrical, lighting, and plumbing point layouts in coordination with relevant consultants and site teams.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with the approved design and budget.
- Integrate interior proposals with architectural, structural, and building service requirements.
- Attend virtual client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Coordinate remotely with project managers, contractors, suppliers,



and site teams to clarify drawings and resolve design queries.
- Review site measurements, photographs, and progress updates to address discrepancies and support execution.
- Maintain updated drawings, specifications, material schedules, and revision records.
- Ensure timely delivery of complete, coordinated design documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in interior design projects.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating concept development, space planning, and detailed working drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent design software.
- Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture detailing, joinery, and interior construction methods.
- Ability to prepare and interpret construction drawings for accurate execution.
- Solid visualization, presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables within deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and remain available for collaboration during the specified working hours.
