We are looking for talented Architects and Interior Designers with experience in high-end Hospitality, Commercial, and Institutional projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design concepts and detailed design solutions.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFCs, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialty consultants.
- Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and design presentations.
- Review contractor/shop drawings and material submissions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in high-end Hospitality, Commercial, and Institutional projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
