Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Manager role based in Chandigarh.

The Insurance Sales

Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to drive growth in insurance business across products and segments. Daily responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their risk profiles, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal experts for portfolio assessments,



supporting clients through claims processes, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

The Insurance Sales

Manager will also prepare sales reports, collaborate with finance and operations teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with TIBPL’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance products, with the ability to design and present suitable solutions to diverse clients.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, with a focus on relationship-building, client retention, and responsive issue resolution.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand premiums, claims, and portfolio profitability.
- Demonstrated Team Management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and motivating sales professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in insurance brokerage or financial services sales, preferably in general insurance or risk management domains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for reporting, planning, and client management.
