Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Basic understanding of Boiler Insulation and refractory materials, applications, and industry best installation practices for thermal power plant projects.

- Familiarity with insulation thickness calculations and heat loss concepts.

- Review of insulation and refractory specifications, drawings, datasheets, and vendor documents.

- Assist in the engineering, design review, and execution of boiler insulation and refractory systems for thermal power plant projects.

- Prepare and check material take-offs (MTO), BOQs, and technical inputs for procurement activities.

- Coordinate with boiler, ducting, structural, piping, and layout teams for interface engineering.





- Monitor vendor engineering activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

- Support preparation of customer submission documents and address customer comments.

- Participate in technical evaluations of insulation and refractory vendors.

- Assist in resolving site engineering issues related to insulation and refractory works.

- Shall be able to independently handle the assignments and responsible for the schedule and accuracy of the deliverables.

- Shall possess good communication skills and attitude to work in a collaborative workplace.
