Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and presenting V-Rich’s product range in a clear and compelling manner. The specialist will qualify and nurture leads, maintain follow-ups, and support the sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets.

Daily responsibilities include updating CRM records, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.



The role also requires responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric and consultative approach.
- Comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or natural products.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
