Role Overview A senior-level Inspection & Asset Integrity Engineer with strong expertise in RBI, corrosion management, and digital APM solutions to support global oil & gas clients. The role focuses on risk-based inspection, integrity strategy optimization, and digital transformation of inspection programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead RBI (API 580/581) studies, reassessments, and inspection strategy development

· Develop and optimize risk-based inspection plans for static assets (vessels, piping, tanks, exchangers)

· Perform damage mechanism review (API 571), PoF/CoF analysis, and integrity risk assessments

· Establish and manage corrosion loops, CMLs, and IOW frameworks

· Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) and inspection grading

· Drive APM / digital inspection initiatives (GE APM, SAP, Maximo)

· Enable AI/ML-based inspection, predictive maintenance, and digital twin solutions

· Integrate APM with CMMS systems and support data-driven decision-making

· Support turnaround inspection planning, execution, and reporting





· Engage clients, lead workshops, and provide consulting recommendations for reliability and integrity improvement

Required Experience

· 10–18 years in Oil & Gas / Refining / Petrochemicals

· Strong experience in:

o RBI implementation and reassessment o Static equipment inspection & asset integrity o Corrosion engineering

Technical Skills

· Expertise in:

o API 580/581, API 571

o API 510, 570, 653

· Experience with:

o Pressure vessels, piping, tanks, exchangers o Inspection/NDT techniques o APM tools (GE Meridium / SAP APM / Maximo)

---

Certifications (Preferred)

· API 510 / 570 / 653 / 580

· NACE / Corrosion certifications

· ASNT Level II

---

Preferred Capabilities

· Experience in digital APM transformation programs

· Exposure to AI-driven inspections, drones, or digital twins

· Robust client-facing and consulting skills
