About Us
MyGymDesk is a gym management software platform built for Indian fitness businesses. We help gym owners automate member management, billing, WhatsApp reminders, and attendance — replacing Excel sheets and register books. We're a bootstrapped, growing startup looking for our first sales hire.
What You'll Do
- Call and qualify leads from our CRM (gym owners, fitness studio owners across India)
- Schedule and conduct virtual product demos via Google Meet (15-20 min screen-share)
- Follow up with interested leads via WhatsApp and email
- Close deals — convert free trial users to paid subscribers
- Update the CRM after every call, demo, and follow-up
- Share what you're hearing from prospects so we can improve the product
Who You Are
- 1-2 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B SaaS sales (freshers with strong communication also welcome)
- Fluent in Hindi and English — you'll talk to gym/studio owners across India
- Comfortable doing screen-share demos (we'll train you on the product)
- Self-driven — you won't have a manager standing over you, you'll have daily targets and a CRM full of leads
- You've done cold calling before and don't mind rejection
- Bonus: experience selling to small business owners (SMBs)

- ₹15,000-20,000/month fixed (based on experience)
