Role Description The Injection Molding Maintenance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jodhpur, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment. This role includes planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and minimizing equipment downtime. The manager will coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, maintain spare parts inventory, and ensure that all machinery complies with safety and quality standards.

Daily responsibilities also include leading and developing the maintenance team, maintaining accurate maintenance records,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for plant efficiency and equipment performance.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in injection molding machinery maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, root-cause analysis, and equipment reliability improvements.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices for safe plant operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Proven leadership skills for managing maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and developing team capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with production, quality, and management teams.
- Comfort with using maintenance management software, recordkeeping tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field), with prior experience in plastics or injection molding preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
