Role Description The Information Technology Specialist will work full time on-site in Kolkata, supporting hospital and dialysis center operations by maintaining reliable and secure IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and monitoring networks, ensuring uptime for critical healthcare applications, and handling routine maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure. The specialist will diagnose and resolve technical issues,



provide timely support to clinical and administrative staff, and escalate complex problems when needed to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.

The role also involves implementing and enforcing security protocols, assisting with system upgrades and deployments, documenting IT processes, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain compliance and performance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting, including hardware and software support in a multi-site environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, monitor, and protect hospital networks and connected systems.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide clear, patient, and solution-focused support to medical, administrative, and technical staff.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EHR/HIS), basic server and database concepts, and familiarity with data privacy and security regulations are beneficial.
