Required Skills
- Experience in Infrastructure Managed Services Presales.
- Strong expertise in RFP/RFI, solutioning, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Digital Workplace Services
- Cloud & Data Centre (DC) Services
- Network & Security Services
- Service Management
- Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure modernization and managed services.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools for proposal development and solution ideation is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and present infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and solution architectures.
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Practice teams to drive winning solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend transformation strategies.
