Role Description The Information Technology Specialist – Agentic AI will support and maintain the IT infrastructure that powers SIXXAB AI’s products and internal operations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and administering networks, managing user access and systems, and ensuring high availability and performance of critical services.

The specialist will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, implement security best practices, and assist in safeguarding data and AI systems. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



providing responsive technical support to internal stakeholders, documenting configurations and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Information Technology, including system configuration, hardware/software management, and IT operations.
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, secure, and optimize LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues across networks, endpoints, and applications.
- Customer Service skills to provide clear, timely, and empathetic technical support to internal users and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, or containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Docker) is beneficial.
- Understanding of AI/ML or agentic AI environments, data privacy, and security considerations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage priorities independently, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
