Role Description The Information Technology Asset Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, including planning, acquisition, tracking, maintenance, and disposal, to ensure accurate inventory and optimized asset utilization. The IT Asset Manager will collaborate with procurement, finance, and technical teams to manage IT procurement activities, maintain asset records, and support compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring asset usage, reconciling asset data across systems,



supporting configuration management processes, and preparing reports and analytics to inform budgeting and forecasting. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, standardizing asset management practices, and supporting audits and risk management related to IT assets.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in IT Asset Management and Information Technology, with the ability to manage end-to-end asset lifecycles.
- Skills in IT Procurement and vendor coordination to support timely and cost-effective acquisition of hardware and software.
- Proficiency in Configuration Management and maintaining accurate configuration and asset records across systems.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret asset data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and asset management tools or CMDB platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in IT asset management or ITIL are an advantage.
