Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing intern role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and onboarding relevant creators across social platforms, maintaining databases, and managing outreach. Daily tasks include coordinating with influencers for campaigns, assisting with brief creation, tracking content deliverables, and updating performance reports.

The role involves monitoring social media trends, researching potential partners,



and helping optimize collaborations to align with brand and creator goals. The intern will also collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and a consistent brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with familiarity across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Research and analytical skills to identify suitable influencers, evaluate audience fit, and track campaign performance using basic metrics and tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach, coordination, and internal reporting.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, brand collaborations, and content creation workflows.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in social media, influencer outreach, or brand marketing is a plus.
