Role Description

This is an on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Chhatarpur, Current Delhi.

During your internship you'll work on the following:

- Day-to-day responsibilities include identification, research, outreach to influencers, maintaining communication, coordinating collaborations, and assisting with negotiation and onboarding processes.
- The role involves tracking campaign performance, compiling reports and dashboards, and helping optimise future campaigns based on data and feedback.
- Contribute ideas for content formats, assist with briefing influencers,



and collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media platforms, with an understanding of trends on Instagram, YouTube, and short-video apps.
- Skills in communication, relationship management, and collaboration to effectively engage influencers and work with internal teams.
- Basic analytical and organisational skills to track performance metrics, manage databases, and prepare campaign reports.
- Creative thinking and content sensibility to contribute ideas for influencer campaigns and live commerce formats.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced startup environment, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and learning-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer tech is a plus, as is previous internship or project experience in influencer or digital marketing.

This is a paid internship.
