Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of creator management and brand partnerships for VYRL Media. The Associate will own day-to-day management of existing creators and brand accounts, drive outreach to new creators for exclusive onboarding onto the VYRL roster, and lead new business development by prospecting brands, chasing briefs, and converting them into project or retainer accounts. The role requires disciplined use of CRM and sales enablement tools to track outreach, pipeline, and conversion.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Account Management

- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing creators and brand accounts, ensuring smooth campaign execution and timely follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded creators and brand partners, resolving queries and coordinating deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date account records, campaign status, and communication logs.

2. Creator Acquisition & Exclusive Onboarding

- Identify and reach out to new creators across categories/tiers relevant to VYRL's roster strategy.
- Pitch and negotiate exclusive onboarding terms, converting outreach into signed, roster-exclusive creators.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators, tracking outreach stage through to onboarding.

3. Brand Partnerships & New Business Development





- Prospect recent brands and marketing decision-makers for partnership opportunities.
- Chase and secure incoming and outbound briefs, positioning VYRL Media for pitch/RFP opportunities.
- Win and close recent accounts, converting prospects into either one-off project campaigns or retainer engagements.

4. Sales Enablement & CRM Management

- Use sales enablement tools and CRM systems to log outreach, track pipeline stages, and manage follow-up cadences.
- Maintain clean, current CRM data for all creator and brand prospects to support pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Generate periodic outreach and pipeline reports for internal review.

Work Setup (Remote Role)

- This is a remote role — you will be required to have your own working laptop to support day-to-day work & a stable, reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection is required to attend calls, manage CRM tools, and meet response- time expectations.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable with cold outreach.
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, and brand partnerships.
- Organised, target-driven, and comfortable working with CRM/sales tools.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple creator and brand conversations in parallel.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
